Hi, Im Chevonne!

I am a wellness coach who practices using hands on therapy to help unlock the body and past habits and thoughts that have built up as tension in the body.

I am a certified Naturopath, Pilates Instructor (mat and reformer) and QRA practitioner. (QRA is short for Quantum Reflex Analysis which uses muscle testing to find synergy in herbs or supplements for nutrition). I weave aromatherapy through my treatments and daily life.

I like to endorse a less is more approach. Taking small steps regularly over a long time, creates life long changes in the body, the mind and the expression.

I love working with people that sense that something is out of place in their body or mind (and realise they are feeling disconnected here). Through creating connection back to ourselves, we begin to engage in life with more excitement and joy.

I have over 25 years of experience in this field, and a lifetime of study. I have three beautiful daughters who are in their early 20’s, who make me proud every day for their kindness and thoughtfulness. I am based in a seaside suburb in Auckland, but spend time in the mountains or bush where I can.

My previous roles included a lot of Sales, Marketing and Product Development in the corporate world. I founded a beauty range called Vidawell, co founded a bamboo toilet paper brand called Cheeky Monkey and owned a fashion retail store called ARK. I was a flight attendant for Air NZ over the span of 20 years internationally and domestically.

After experiencing a health crisis in 2018, I decided to make wellness my career path for life. To help others not have to experience the extent that I eventually burnt out with.

I work with the body, but importantly, the thoughts that come out with clients before and after treatment are equally important. To evacuate the thoughts, and begin a path to healing.

I am grateful to be able to share the years of study and life experience I have gained with anyone that feels stuck.  And I honour the courage it takes to step forward and ask for some help.xx
